We have an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is looking to launch their career in IT, as our team in Burnley, Victoria is looking for a new e-Business Support Analyst to come onboard, in a 12-month fixed term contract. The key focus of this role will be to: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-business platforms, including proprietary applications for processing inbound and outbound electronic messages with Opal’s Trading Partners, portals, e-commerce websites, and related systems Work with the customer service team to address any e-business related inquiries or IT related customer issues (such as issues placing orders online) Undertake daily checking of the e-Business channels and proactively manage any errors or failures Assist with upcoming strategic projects – by providing support such as: data analysis, data preparation, create and modify mapping specifications for the Integrations team, scenario testing, assisting with UAT, etc. We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves. For this role we would ideally like you to have: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar/ related discipline A basic understanding of different languages (such as Java, .Net, XML or C#) Good understanding and experience in using MS Office Suite programs Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills & attention to detail A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and processes Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
