The Opportunity As an eCom Logistics Operations Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our HomeRun delivery network. You'll be the driving force behind developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions that enable our HomeRun Operations teams to exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining store business performance. Your primary focus will be collaborating with HomeRun & Group eComX squads to ensure the solutions they design are operationally sound and efficient. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, guiding and educating teams on operational processes and best practices. What you'll do Bring an end-to-end holistic view on the future needs of HomeRun and support teams across the business with your expert knowledge. Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing and embedding end-to-end solutions, processes, systems & procedures associated with eComX and HomeRun initiatives. Lead and influence cross-functional teams, as well as connect and manage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and cohesion to align on operational goals. Enhance the team and customer experience, actively soliciting and implementing feedback to create improved work environments and service excellence. The escalation and resolution of topics that require intervention where outcomes are likely to compromise operational ability to meet initiative goals. Project Management: precise planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives. What you'll bring Along with proven experience orchestrating organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering buy-in at all levels, resulting in successful process adoption, you’ll bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills & be adept at conveying intricate ideas and strategies effectively to diverse audiences. You will have: Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and make data-driven decisions leading to innovative fit for purpose solutions. Proficiency in software to support developing ideas and stories, specifically capability with documentation, building slides for presentations and creating detailed spreadsheets for data analysis. A strong understanding or willingness to learn critical eCom systems and operations, including logistics systems such as NASH, ORTEC & ECF. Ability to plan for the future of our business to our drivers and last mile operations teams with a naturally curious mind and ability to challenge the status quo to ensure purposeful and store led decision. Demonstrated prowess in addressing complex operational challenges, leveraging analytical skills to refine processes and drive continuous improvement. Strong Leadership: Leads by example, setting high standards and nurturing a hardworking, motivated team for enhanced productivity and morale. Demonstrated passion for innovation, supported by a proven history of conceptualising, implementing, and successfully executing both strategic and tactical plans.
