About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Customer Growth Manager to manage the customer lifecycle, driving awareness and increasing repeat purchases. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of customer insights, digital marketing, and brand nuances. You’ll be reporting directly into the GM Marketing and be responsible for overseeing paid digital activities, website performance, online sales, and optimising stock turnover across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies driven by customer insights to increase online sales, improve customer acquisition, and enhance retention; Website Management and Optimisation: Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the website to ensure it is technically sound, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions and search engines; Product Management: Collaborate with the merchandising and graphics teams to manage the online product catalogue; Sales Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales trends, stock performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness; Customer Experience Management: Ensure the online shopping experience is seamless and efficient, growing customer loyalty and maximising revenue per customer; Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure they are equipped with the latest tools and strategies for effective eCommerce management. About You 5+ years experience in an ecommerce, digital acquisition & retention focused role; Proven experience with Shopify Plus Headless; Proficiency with various tools and systems – CMS management, Klaviyo, Google Analytics etc; Experience with Apparel 21 or a similar ERP is essential; Understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, EDM, and social media marketing; Experience with inventory and order management, working with suppliers and logistics teams; Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform product listings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
