As the E-Commerce Merchandise Manager , you will be responsible for our digital platforms across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for essential functions including online product assortment, campaign activations, and personalisation, all of which are important to growing the channel. You will be a key contributor to strategy and implementation of initiatives that drive our digital success. Responsibilities: Manage all platform day-to-day operations and maintenance including products, content, and merchandising. Build and implement personalised customer experience across our platform, leveraging UX, customer data and best practice to build tailored online experience for conversion. Manage and maintain YETI ANZ online platforms, working closely with local and global teams to refine solutions, identify and resolve issues/bugs that may arise and deliver enhancements. Manage and implement digital strategies that align to YETI ANZ business objectives and maximize online sales and brand visibility. Analyse data to understand customer behaviours and preferences, optimising online assortment for improved performance and strategies to enhance the online experience for customers. Define and enhance online product assortments to meet customer demands and business objectives, collaborating with Planning to develop and execute online category strategies and lifecycle management plans. Review and enhance the online customer journey by streamlining the online experience, removing friction points and leveraging best industry practice. Ensure brand guidelines and product information meet Brand standards across all digital channels. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies. Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on the websites to further drive conversions and manage the changes through end to end. Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing product listings, customer support, and feedback mechanisms. Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure accurate inventory and optimal stock levels across the channel. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the channel and drive online sales performance. Manage and launch new product, campaign and landing pages. Drive revenue growth by leveraging effective merchandising, promotions and other digital strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure content, copywriting and visuals are impactful. Qualifications and Attributes: At least 6 years’ experience in an eCommerce role within the retail industry or at an agency. Sound experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar. Demonstrated experience in customer journey analytics, customer segmentation, personalization and targeting. Prior people management experience, with strong leadership and team development/capability building skills will be advantageous. Experience leading cross-functional projects and building/executing ecommerce strategies. Experience and understanding of onsite merchandising and how it can be used to drive sales is highly desirable. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
