About the role In this hybrid operational and technical role, you will be part of the Last Mile Fulfilment team and collaborate with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Store Central Operations, and other departments. You will not be directly involved in floor operations but will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by leveraging your technical expertise with systems such as SAP ERP and Order Management System. Your focus will be on delivering day-to-day operational support and driving continuous improvements in order fulfillment and performance through data-driven decisions. You will configure and optimise systems to ensure efficient, seamless processes, working closely with operational teams to identify pain points and implement solutions. Your primary goal will be to enhance Officeworks’ online delivery fulfilment capabilities and customer experience through tailored system configurations and optimisation strategies. This is a flexible work arrangement, where you will be expected to attend the Chadstone office where required, with additional office attendance during the initial training period. Training for the role will be provided to ensure your success. Key Accountabilities: Management and administering the setup and configuration of the order management system that supports the entire Officeworks store and fulfilment centre network. Provide support to Store Operations and Supply Chain teams for order fulfilment-related issues. Identify gaps in current fulfilment processes and recommend improvements. Gather and document business requirements for continuous process improvement. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design and implement new fulfilment solutions. Assist in the development, implementation, and training of new business capabilities and processes. Conduct testing and facilitate business sign-off for new developments. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and impacted teams. Order fulfilment management and reporting. About you We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a tertiary qualification and have experience in order fulfilment within supply chain, retail, logistics, or merchandise planning (desirable). You will have experience leading or contributing to strategy development and implementation, with a strong ability to influence and present. Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerBI, PowerPoint), and SAP is essential.
