About The Role: Responsible for the management and maintenance of Distributed Brands ecommerce websites. Assist the Distributed Brands ecommerce team to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior ecommerce experience. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Website Management & Maintenance Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets. Ensure the experience for the online customer is reflective of the brand’s UPS’s & customer service values. Online product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy. Collaborate and liaise with product team to align on product delivery dates and SOH across range to manage online product enrichment processes and timelines. Collaborate with SEO team to align on opportunities and ensure rankings are maintained, reducing errors and implementing optimisations in a timely manner. Utilise merchandising tools to ensure products and content are optimised for search to ensure relevancy and accuracy. Utilise existing tools to audit and find opportunities to drive conversion and customer experience. Ensure trade plans align to support marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates. Measure success and share out learnings. Auditing of live site to reduce errors or escalate fixes to relevant business units. Work closely with eCommerce Co-ordinator to ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently and to key timelines, with strong attention to detail to support customer ensuring SEO best practice. Support Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as required. Champion strategic milestones with remit to deliver to team and business goals. Website & Marketing Content Implementation of digital content marketing plan that delivers increased engagement and conversion rates. Utilising best practice guidelines to ensure optimal UX and UI principles are maintained across key channels. Brief, manage and schedule online campaigns and promotional activity, including briefing in required assets, building EDMs and managing key dates to ensure on time delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders within Retail, Marketing, Buying and Planning to ensure all product and content aligns to global and brand strategies. Support eCommerce Manager in briefing and managing AB testing across different user scenarios to drive improvement. Deliver homepage content and website content updates to align with digital marketing calendar ensuring accuracy. Support the CRM team to grow the subscriber database through implementation of tactical acquisition campaigns. Brief, deliver and build email campaigns to drive trade revenue. Ensuring best practice and constant improvement. Align with group loyalty to ensure smart segmentation in all customer touchpoints (EDM, SMS) with a focus on performance KPIs. Support changes and manage store details on the websites and through Google Places. Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required. Analyse and report on ROI of campaign outcomes using GA4, Full story or other business systems. Customer Experience Deliver on-brand, best-in-class online customer experience. Acting as the ecommerce ambassador and supporting the customer service team to ensure all online customers are given an outstanding level of customer service experience. Ensure CX feedback across FAQs, service pages is updated in a timely manner. Collaborate with CX team to capture customer feedback or pain points. Liaise and collaborate with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class, seamless customer experience. Be first point of contact for the network and customer service team for operational & product concerns. Trade and Achieving Sales Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets. Trading the Online business to hit financial targets with a focus on margin. Review sales by week by day by promotion to agree future activity ahead of monthly projections. Tracking sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics. Understanding category performance and providing insights. Proactively identify tactical opportunities to drive trade & sales uplift. Monitor industry, online and mobile shopping trends, maintaining knowledge of competition and awareness of ecommerce opportunities. Web Development Provide technical and testing support with responsive, problem-solving abilities. Troubleshoot site process issues or customer service queries and escalate to as required. Assist with the implementation of new website features and integrations when necessary. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met. Contribute to weekly online performance and trade reports. Monitor online and instore top-selling products to assist in optimisation of onsite product merchandising. Attend regular meetings as required, producing documentation of topics covered with clear outcomes and action points. Provide support to other ecommerce team members as required. Produce ad-hoc reporting where necessary. What we are looking for: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Preferably footwear retail or wholesale background. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive. Able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Work independently and as part of a team. Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team. Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar). Highly organised with great communication skills.
