This is a newly created role in this welcoming and wellbeing-led financial service practice. You will be joining to support a new financial advisor and assist the other administrators/advisors when required. We can’t speak highly enough of this company, based in a lovely location. You will need to drive to get here. Day to day, your role will be: Scanning, filing, franking and preparing post Answering calls, assisting and taking messages Updating the internal ‘task management’ system Managing appointments and greeting visitors Preparing client letters and illustrations Requesting plan information and assisting in preparing for client meetings On-line submissions of pension and investment applications Fund switch trading on investment platforms Why you should apply: They’re a team of 21 and as I mentioned they are wellbeing-led, and pride themselves on being fair and transparent with clients and staff. They operate hybrid working after your probation, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, and you will be given everything you need to be successful in this role. What we’re looking for: We need 2 years of experience in a similar role. We can consider someone with only mortgage experience, but experience with investments and pensions would be advantageous.
