We are looking for an energetic and driven State Manager to join our WA Team. As State Manager, you will be working closely with your Senior Leaders to drive sales, profit, operational performance, and team leadership development goals in line with yd. values. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, always in line with yd. values and culture. Create and maintain a people-first culture that values professional development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication. Lead, coach, and support a team of Area & Cluster Managers to deliver their key responsibilities within people, performance, planning, and operational brand goals. Train, coach, and mentor your team to work towards performance goals and succession planning. Create an environment where you and your team are consistently providing a world-class customer experience. Conduct sales reporting analysis and take action to benefit performance and impact for the state through commercial opportunities. Ensure efficient operation of your state to achieve optimal results. Implement and manage VM in collaboration with your Visual Merchandising Team. Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. Develop strategies for proactive internal and external recruitment, inclusive of development plans to support individual progression.
