Base Salary:Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + SuperannuationJob Location:Bowral, NSW, AustraliaSkills & ExperienceWe are seeking a motivated hospitality professional with:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in café, restaurant or hospitality management.Strong leadership and people-management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to organise staff, rosters and daily café operations effectively.Understanding of stock control, purchasing and operational cost management.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.Ability to work effectively in a busy, customer-focused environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving café operations.Hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential where relevant practical experience can be demonstrated.Applicants who can communicate in more than one language will be highly regarded, particularly where this assists communication with customers, staff and suppliersQualifications:Relevant qualification such as Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience) OR minimum 3 years of work experience in similar setting to substitute work experience.Job Type:Full-time (Minimum 38 hours per week)What We Offer$75,000 - $85,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.Full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week.Opportunity to take a key management role within an established local café and coffee roasting business.A supportive and customer-focused working environment.Opportunity to contribute ideas and play an active role in the ongoing growth of the business.
