    Accountabilities and responsibilities: Financial Accounting and Taxation: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities and processes for relevant areas (inclusive of prepayments and accruals). Accurate recording and maintenance of Asset and Lease Registers. Monthly Sales reconciliation and billing. Assist payroll team for fortnightly employee payroll reconciliation. Assist in preparing the monthly and quarter tax compliance documents, i.e. BAS and State royalty calculation, working with taxation advisers (big four firm). Review and assist in preparation of audit work papers for half year and year end audits, and liaising with the auditors for detailed queries (big four firm). Other corporate accounting duties orsupervision of duties as assigned. Management Accounting: Weekly and monthly Cash flow analysis and forecast. Analysis of monthly P&L activity, variances to forecast, and contribute to the monthly management reporting.
