    The Process Improvement Manager - Record-to-Report (R2R) plays a key role within CTM's Finance Transformation team, focused on enhancing, standardising, and strengthening financial close and reporting processes.

    Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the role will streamline month-end accounting, strengthen balance sheet governance, and improve the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting. Working closely with third-party outsourcers, Service Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll help align operating models and embed best-practice finance operations across the business.
