Role Responsibilities: Provide on-site help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues. Manage AD, Azure, M365 user activities and single sign-on systems. Assist the Web Dev team if needed. Implement IT changes and maintain a small team environment. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of help desk experience. AD, Azure, M365 support proficiency. Familiarity with a single sign-on product like Okta. Experience in similar industries (political, legal, finance).
