2IC Clinic Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist The Aesthetic Face and Skin Clinic has an exciting opportunity for an experienced 2IC Clinic Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team in Bendigo, VIC. This hybrid/combined full-time role will involve you managing a successful clinic whilst providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients. As a Clinic Manager you will: Collaborate closely with Tamika (owner) to develop and implement new systems, guidelines and processes that improve and form clinic operations Oversee daily operations Manage a team of cosmetic nurses/beauty therapists Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Maintain inventory and supplies Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding the clinic’s client base Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services and attract new clients Work closely with Tamika to track clinic performance, evaluate progress, and suggest improvements in business operations Assist in setting and achieving revenue targets, maximising business potential and client retention You will also manage our FOH with duties including: Client Reception: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and ensure a welcoming environment. Appointments & Scheduling: Handle client bookings, confirm appointments, and manage cancellations or reschedules efficiently. Client Consultations: Assist with initial consultations, ensuring client information is accurately recorded and providing relevant treatment details. Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide information on services, and ensure clients have a positive experience. Address client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction. Billing & Payments: Process payments, handle invoicing, and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records. Product Sales: Promote and sell skincare products, treatments, and packages, offering professional advice tailored to client needs. Phone and Email Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly, scheduling appointments and answering client questions. Maintaining Clinic Cleanliness: Ensure reception and waiting areas are tidy, stocked, and welcoming for clients. Assist with Client Aftercare: Provide clients with post-treatment care instructions and answer any questions regarding recovery or product use. Coordinate with Clinic Team: Communicate effectively with beauty therapists and injectors, ensuring smooth client transitions and treatment preparation. Client Follow-up: Send reminders for upcoming appointments or follow-up calls after treatments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Cold Calling: Reach out to existing non-active clients. Marketing Support: Assist with promotional activities, including social media updates or informing clients of new treatments and offers. As a Senior Beauty Therapist you will: Deliver high-quality beauty treatments, including facials and a tailored full-face assessment with a skin analysis machine (Moreme). Provide personalised recommendations and advice to clients. Perform skin treatments such as skin needling and HydraFacial. Conduct relaxation facials and massages. Utilise energy-based devices (such as facial laser rejuvenation) coming soon! Supervise and mentor beauty therapists, assisting in staff development and maintaining service standards. What we're looking for As a vital member of the team, you will need to have the following qualifications: Management experience is essential. A certificate/diploma in Beauty Therapy or higher is essential. Full Australian working rights or permanent residency. 2 or more years of experience as a Beauty Therapist. Strong skills in facials and advanced skin treatments. Outstanding customer service abilities and excellent time management and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional manner. A genuine passion for the beauty industry, demonstrated by your commitment to expanding your skincare knowledge through courses and online research.
