Job Description
About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Ywax as a Senior Beauty Therapist. You will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to our clients in our Parramatta Westfield location. What you'll be doing Performing a range of beauty treatments including brow and lash treatments, advanced facials, laser hair removal, and waxing Using state of the art medical grade lasers, LEDs, Hydrafacial, needling and observe skin diagnostic devices Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients Contributing to the overall success of the salon by meeting and exceeding sales and service targets What we're looking for A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist A passion for the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanour What we offer At Ywax, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and career development.
