What You’ll Be Doing Sales Support & Administration – Assist the Licensee in improving and fine-tuning the national sales support processes, ensuring smooth operations for our growing real estate network. Property Management Setup – Help establish our WA-based property management division, including processes, compliance, and provide end-to-end service delivery of a very small portfolio. Systems & Process Improvement – Bring fresh ideas and solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Compliance & Documentation – Facilitate contracts, listings, and administrative compliance in line with business and industry regulations across WA, NSW, and QLD. Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with agents and business leaders to ensure seamless workflows. What We’re Looking For Real Estate Experience – At least 3+ years in the industry in both sales admin/support and property management roles. Problem Solver & Innovator – Someone who can bring ideas, suggest solutions, and drive success. Tech-Savvy & Process-Driven – Experience with CRM systems, real estate software, and administrative tools. Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – A proactive, self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail.
