Job Description
Job Description Suggested job duties: A functional consultant evaluates the demands by communicating with the customer's representatives and transforms these demands into an abstract and algorithmic business model. Identifies use cases and transforms them into logical and technical views. Customizes the respective business area to ensure the system responds according to the constraints of the requested use case. Documents the settings and prepares proper guidelines to allow other consultants to make further changes or repairs efficiently. Ensures proper training is given to users, maintaining system usability, performance, and correctness of the business flow. Assists the technical staff during the go-live phase by testing the behavior of the system. After go-live, guarantees that procedures remain usable and consistent in real-life situations, and proposes enhancements. Transfers external know-how to the client, emphasizing intelligence, understanding of processes, and common sense over mere manpower. #J-18808-Ljbffr
