About the role ADSSI are on a growth trajectory having brought together four organisations in recent years. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our business services team in this newly created role. Starting temporarily initially, there is an opportunity to continue ongoing as ADSSI builds our project management capability with the introduction of a number of organisational-wide new systems over the next two years. This role will work closely with each of our Project Executive Sponsor/s and play a key role in supporting the successful procurement and implementation of new ADSSI wide systems and key strategic systems priorities. Key responsibilities: Assist project teams to evaluate ADSSI’s current practices, policies, and procedures for performance improvement. Assist with the documentation of workflow, policies, form design and classifications for the future system. Establish and support cross-organisation working groups. Ensure all project tasks are completed as per the Project Plan, and where they are not, escalate in a timely manner to the Project Executive Sponsor. Resolve project bottlenecks. Manage the change control procedure for those tasks which are outside the scope of this project. Be the primary point of contact for the project vendors. Assist in coordinating the data migration process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of staff/client data. Assist in organizing and delivering user training sessions, ensuring all users are familiar with new systems functionalities. Prepare and distribute user guides, manuals, and system FAQs in coordination with the Project Manager and People and Culture team. Identify potential risks and issues within the project and escalate them to the Project Manager as needed. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues, liaising with internal teams and vendors to find solutions. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk logs, and change requests. Desired Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is desirable. Demonstrable proven track record in project coordination or a similar role, ideally in a community care setting. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Previous experience with training or user support during system implementation. Ability to work within a team and autonomously where needed to achieve required outcomes within specified deadlines/timeframes. Highly proficient in the use of technology; Microsoft suite of products, online injury management software. Experience working within aged care and/or disability desirable. NSW drivers licence.
