Job Description

AI - Consultant / Business Analyst (177236) Melbourne, Australia We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Business Consultant/Analyst to join our client’s team. This role will be pivotal in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) - including ChatBot across their organisation, including reviewing and writing of use cases for utilization of AI; how it can and is being used in addition to, the benefits and impacts of AI. The AI Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven insights, optimize data processing, and contribute to the innovation of their risk management solutions. Key responsibilities will include: Develop, implement, and maintain AI models to predict and mitigate risks Partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives Lead the development of business cases and value propositions for AI initiatives, cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections. Partner with IT teams to facilitate the design and implementation of AI and automation solution for deployment of AI solutions; ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy. Automation of Processes, looking at opportunities to automate routine processes using AI tools and models. AI Readiness & Training to support organizational change management by helping teams understand and transition into AI-enabled ways of working. About you: To be successful in this role you will bring: Experience with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and responsible AI deployment. Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI models, and automation platforms. Business Case Development – Experience in developing business cases that include AI/automation ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.
