They are looking for a talented Australian Based Product Manager to join the team in Dubai, playing a critical role in managing the global pipeline of data-driven AI use cases, including engagements with government departments, private sector enterprises, and large multinational corporations. Role Overview As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for triaging, prioritising, and delivering AI and data-driven use cases across a global customer base. You will work closely with new and existing clients, information and data modellers, designers, data scientists, and business leaders to ensure our platform and products align with evolving market needs and regulatory landscapes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong product management and stakeholder engagement experience, to drive global adoption of innovative data-driven solutions. Experience with AI/data driven insights would be highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and data insights solutions. Triage, assess, and prioritize global AI and data use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals. Balance competing priorities across government, private sector, and multinational clients, tailoring product development accordingly. Work closely with executive leadership to refine product-market fit and expand adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Use Case Management Engage with Australian government agencies, multinational enterprises, and industry leaders to identify and scope high-value AI and data analytics use cases. Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and ROI for each prioritized use case. Ensure compliance with data privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions. Product Execution & Delivery Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define and ship impactful AI/data products. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to execution and iteration. Lead agile product development processes, ensuring effective prioritization and delivery. Establish and monitor product KPIs, continuously optimizing based on user feedback and market trends. Market & Competitive Insights Stay ahead of global AI, data analytics, and platform trends, incorporating cutting-edge innovations into our product strategy. Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our AI and data platform in the market. Work with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging. Leadership & Collaboration Act as a thought leader within the organization and externally in AI and data insights. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. Mentor and support cross-functional teams in AI, data strategy, and platform product management. Key Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, data analytics, or SaaS platforms. Proven ability to triage, prioritize, and execute AI/data-driven use cases across multiple industries. Experience working with government clients, enterprise businesses, and global markets, particularly Australian government departments or large multinationals. Strong technical acumen – understanding of AI/ML, data science, cloud technologies, and API-based platforms. Familiarity with data privacy laws, AI ethics, and compliance requirements across different regions. Deep experience with agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and stakeholder management. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills – ability to engage with executives, engineers, and data scientists alike. Preferred Skills Background in AI/ML, data science, or data engineering is a plus. Experience in platform product management for AI-driven SaaS solutions. Knowledge of Australian government digital policies, AI adoption frameworks, and procurement processes. Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI/ML). Why Join Us?
