As a Web Search Evaluator, you will review and grade internet search queries to help search engines work better. In other words, you’ll tell the search engine how good or bad its results are based on the user’s keywords. This role is great for people who: Surf the internet daily Use major search engines frequently Enjoy researching topics online Responsibilities: Review and grade internet search queries Provide feedback to improve search engine results Location: Remote/work from home, Australia – Note: Even though the position is WFH, you must reside in the country that is noted in this description. This will be automatically checked during the hiring process. Hours: Set your own schedule based on the following – Minimum commitment is 10 hours per week. You can choose to work up to 20 hours per week (if project needs allow). – Note: Data volumes can vary week to week. Some weeks there is more data to review, other weeks less. Start Date: ASAP Project Duration: Long-term Rate: Paid by tasks. Approximately 16 USD per hour. Minimum Requirements: Fluent in Australian English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of pop culture in Australia Reliable computer system and internet connection Familiar understanding of how to use online search engines Sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement Benefits: Flexible working hours that fit your schedule.
