HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dedicated APS5 level Quality Officer (Labour Hire) located in CHARLESTOWN NSW to support a high-quality end-to-end participant experience.This role is essential in reviewing operational activities, ensuring consistency, and implementing improvements in performance and quality. You will work within a structured framework, providing policy advice, conducting quality reviews, and supporting the development of strategies for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Manage a range of moderately complex to complex quality reviews. Provide professional and technical commentary to improve decision-making and performance. Conduct quality assurance and control activities related to planning processes. Support and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Assist in developing and implementing improvement strategies aligned with branch goals. About You We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:Essential Skills Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Experience in quality assurance, including: Ability to complete quality assurance activities based on guidance provided. A well-developed understanding of statutory, regulatory, and policy frameworks. Attention to detail and ability to identify risks. Independence and decision-making skills. Ability to exercise judgement based on regulations, best practices, and operational instructions. Evaluative decision-making skills with the ability to adapt existing procedures for optimal outcomes. Experience managing a variety of defined tasks requiring research and problem-solving. Desirable Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Adaptability to changes in work responsibilities, processes, and structures. A proactive approach to exploring new methods and collaborating for successful change implementation.
