Job Description
We are seeking Case Manager professionals at the APS5 level. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and should be equipped with robust written and verbal communication.Position description: Under limited direction, case manage Programs to achieve timely and accurate outcomes within legislative and policy guidelines. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on policy, program or operational issues, and be responsive to stakeholder needs and expectations. Prepare advice through briefs, correspondence, reports and other required documents. Contribute to the setting of work priorities and practices, monitoring work flow and identifying areas for improvement. Key Capabilities: Program implementation or case management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders. Ability to apply good judgement and subject matter knowledge to make policy and program decisions. Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for own work and contribute to team outcomes. Organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Position Requirements / Qualifications: Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check. Australian Citizen.
