Randstad is partnering with a growing department within the State Government seeking experienced data entry professionals to assist them with a project for 3 months. Afternoon / Evening Shift - Monday - Friday | 4pm - 9pm Opportunity to gain exposure into the public sector Above award pay rates Your key duties: Perform high volume data entry tasks Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information Manage & update database records Maintain & correct errors in company data management system and Excel Editing and coding data into the Departments system Confidentiality of client information and data being processed Using multiple systems and procedures to complete data entry To be successful, you will possess the following: Must have previous experience in a data entry role Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve Be self-driven and also follow instruction The ability to work as part of a team Be a quick learner Available to commit to Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm for 3 months Please note: A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
