Pivotal to these reforms is the department’s intent to deliver a high performing, world class information and communication technology service. The Project Officer – ICT Systems Reform is responsible to the Project Manager for delivering and coordinating a range of project and change functions which support the achievement of deliverables and project goals within the ICT Systems Reform Directorate. Working within this context the Project Officer – ICT Systems Reform will be required to undertake, coordinate and evaluate a range of project and change support functions including the provision of responsive, high quality governance, data analysis, reports, communications and specialist advice which contributes to the effective planning and implementation of the ICT Systems Reform directorate strategies and objectives. The position develops and maintains positive partnerships and communication networks with a broad range of key stakeholders and delivers specialist advice and operational support as required to support effective knowledge management, information sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Essential: Nil. Desirable: A relevant tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management or equivalent experience. Experience/knowledge of Salesforce. Experience/knowledge of Jira. Special Conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years. For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Description. Remuneration: ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
