Principal Project Officer - Strategy, Reform and Support - CT&SD - Sydney Division: Courts Tribunals and Service Delivery Location: Sydney, NSW, AU, 2000 Principal Project Officer, Strategy, Reform and Support Temporary opportunity for 12 months with the possibility of extension Location: Sydney CBD and Parramatta as required, with flexible working arrangements available Clerk grade 11/12, salary $139,787 pa – $161,663 pa plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading About the role The Strategy, Reform and Support (SRS) Branch provides a diverse set of specialist services to the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division, including data and analytics, digital product management, recording and transcription services, portfolio management and digital customer experience. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy, Reform and Support the Principal Project Officer works with SRS staff and other key stakeholders to lead, develop, and implement a broad range of strategic and operational projects and initiatives that support the Branch’s objectives. This includes developing project plans, driving engagement with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables and milestones are achieved within the required timeframes. The role is also responsible for developing and reporting on the Branch Delivery Plan and tracking branch contributions towards divisional and departmental strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage small projects and initiatives while juggling multiple pieces of work. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships, build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Be creative and innovative in approach to develop timely solutions to complex challenges.
