About the role: The Program Support Officer is responsible for providing a complex/specialised range of administrative functions to support the Progressive Achievement Tests (PAT) team within the context of the Curriculum and Learning Division. The Officer contributes to meeting the PAT team goals and objectives through the provision of appropriate administrative support services to clients and stakeholders. The Program Support Officer oversees and coordinates the administrative functions for the Program across the state. The Program Support Officer contributes to the achievement of the PAT team client service objectives and goals including the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices and processes across the division. The Program Support Officer establishes strong working relationships across the department to facilitate the systemic delivery and reporting of PAT. Qualifications: Essential: Nil. Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience. Special conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years. For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Description. Remuneration: ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
