Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Residential to join their Affordable Housing Team for an initial 8-week temporary engagement.Key Responsibilities: Managing AS4300 Design & Construct (D&C) contracts Handling House & Land (H&L) contracts Budget management and tracking Assessing progress claims and approving variations Conducting extension of time assessments Resolving contract conflicts effectively Drafting contracts and memos as required Prior knowledge and understanding of AS4300 D&C Contracts and H&L Contracts is critical.To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong background in contract management, particularly within residential construction and affordable housing.
