Residential Operations Manager Our client is looking for an experienced Aged Care Residential Manager to join their team in Richmond!Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large residential facility. Your role will be integral to shaping and maintaining a high standard of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding care outcomes.Key details: Full-time permanent positionSalary: 166,000 + super + nfp salary packaging Large nursing home (>100 beds) On site structure: Residential Operations Manager < Senior CM < Quality & Education Manager < CM < Team of RNs + Care staff️ Fully accredited homeExperience required: AHPRA registration is essential. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Residential/Operations Manager, with further experience in a CM position. Strong business acumen including budget management, strong people management skills, leadership skills, and conflict resolution experience. Tertiary qualification in Nursing required.
