Aged Care - Residential Operations Manager Lead a well-established and stable low-care unit | Make meaningful impact Full-Time Mon-Fri Position | Generous Leave Allowance | Leading NfP Organisation Promote and provide leadership to experienced Team | Supportive Leadership Team About the Role In this position, you will oversee residents with low care needs within a well-run and stable unit, ensuring the highest standard of person-centered care. You will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including on-site clinical nurse specialists, allied health professionals and a wide range of health, leisure, and lifestyle programs.Your Key Responsibilities Will be: Providing leadership within a collaborative and well-resourced environment, focused on maintaining and enhancing service quality. Fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that promotes strong partnerships between residents, families, and staff. Focusing on maintaining and improving service quality within an already well-run unit. Contributing to an environment that values collaboration, excellence, and person-centered care. Leading, mentoring, and supporting emerging leaders within the team, helping staff reach their full potential. We’re looking for someone with: 3 years of hands-on leadership experience in a similar senior role with excellent communication, influence, and team management skills. Registered Nurse (RN) & AHPRA Registration qualification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the Commission, complaints, and serious incidents. Ability to engage with multicultural communities.
