Your prime objective is to monitor the fleet of ATMs under our service agreements. You are the point of call from clients that require our assistance when something goes wrong. Key areas: Problem solving over the phone to understand clients’ requirements Ensure the system is up to date with all requests Correct escalation of issues to relevant person through procedural checks Diagnose ATM issues Update clients with the status of their jobs Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls Are you the one? We are searching for a talented and highly motivated Monitoring Officer to join our busy Monitoring team based in Frenchs Forest. This position will require you to work on a rotating roster. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Solution orientated attitude Natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes High computer knowledge with a technical mindset An excellent attitude with a desire to learn and develop Further information You will be required to meet Linfox Armaguard Groups employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
