Base Salary: $102,472 - $122,635 (p.a.) This role is based at the Ingkintja Men's Centre. The Aboriginal Cultural Advisor uses their intimate cultural and social knowledge to provide advice, mentoring, and education to staff and management across all Congress services and programs. This role is responsible for the continuous improvement of cultural safety, responsiveness, and knowledge to foster a strong organisational culture, and optimise health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people, working in collaboration with the Female Aboriginal Cultural Advisor.
