Base Salary: $76,147 - $84,727 (p.a.) The position is responsible for cultural brokerage, liaison, advocacy, and support for clients, ensuring the responsibility of coordination and facilitation of child and family appointments and follow-ups. The position works collaboratively with a Case Worker under a bi-cultural pair model.
