About the Role PwC’s Tech Strategy practice is seeking a Manager to lead teams in developing and executing technology strategies that enhance business performance. This role focuses on enterprise cloud adoption, IT modernization, and strategic sourcing , helping clients maximize the value of their technology investments. You will drive transformation by leveraging cloud platforms, AI/ML, DevOps, and automation to build scalable and future-ready IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead teams in developing and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive cloud adoption, digital transformation, and IT modernization initiatives. Oversee cloud strategy, architecture design, and IT operating model transformations for clients. Utilize AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and emerging technologies to enhance scalability and innovation. Develop strategic initiatives, financial models, and business cases to support decision-making. Advise on DevOps, CI/CD automation, AI, machine learning, and IoT applications in business solutions. Manage IT process analysis, conceptual architecture, and digital transformation roadmaps. Lead Agile (DevSecOps) implementations using tools such as ITIL. Provide expertise in strategic sourcing, process automation, and IT governance. Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Engage stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and drive enterprise-wide technology transformation. Promote an environment of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). 10+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting. Expertise in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in SDLC tools, cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc.), and foundational programming languages. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MSc in Technology). 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting. Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, AWS, or Azure. Key Competencies Strategic leadership in technology transformation, IT modernization, and digital strategy. Extensive experience in enterprise cloud adoption, migration, and operationalization. Deep understanding of DevOps, automation, AI/ML, and IoT technologies. Proven ability to develop operating models, optimize processes, and implement cloud-based solutions. Strong expertise in IT governance, risk management, and value chain optimization. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong decision-making capabilities. Ability to drive thought leadership, share industry insights, and mentor teams.
