In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Examples of Responsibilities: Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same. Effectively mentor others. Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of experience in IT or technology related field Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree 15+ years of experience in IT strategy & operations or IT Strategy Consulting Preferred Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and leading teams across the following areas: IT Baseline, Benchmarking, and Cost Efficiency: Demonstrates aptitude for structuring and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights. IT Operating Model: Understanding IT / Technology Operating Model including: IT strategy, organization structure, talent and skills, process and ways of working, governance, and culture / change. Core Consulting Skills: Quantitative analysis and comfort with large data sets, communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written (PowerPoint and Word) and verbal presentations. Domain Knowledge / Certifications: Agile / SAFe, Product Management, Baseline and Benchmarking, Financial Modeling, Business Capability Modeling.
