Accommodation Manager - Boomerang Hotel $73,700 - $75,000 salary Plus Super Rotational Roster Amazing perks - check out our full benefits at the bottom of this ad The Boomerang Hotel in Lavington is located just north of Albury, close to the New South Wales and Victorian border. Situated on Wagga Road, we offer an array of facilities and entertainment areas for everyone to enjoy. With 38 accommodation rooms, this role will also include some admin tasks within the Venue. This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Accommodation Manager at the Boomerang Hotel . What You’ll Do Train and lead the front office team in exceptional guest service Monitor distribution channels and room rates in-line with contracts and demand Assist with front office staff rostering in consultation with Venue Manager Work closely with the Housekeeping team on standards, times and responsibilities in-line with ALH expectations Facilitate minimum brand standards Support local, state and national sales and marketing activities in-line with National Accommodation team Effectively manage online reputation and guest reviews e.g. Google, Trip Advisor, Booking.com Qualifications What you’ll need: You will be passionate about mentoring and leading a team Come with previous experience working within a hotel, ideally in a similar role Gain satisfaction for making our guests feel at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel products and services Enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy environment You will take pride in your appearance and always lead by example as the face of ALH Flexible availability The benefits are good too!
