We nurture talent and promote internally. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Night Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service. Some key responsibilities of this hands-on role are: Ensure the team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requests Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback Assist the Rooms Division Manager with rostering, training and providing leadership for the greater Front Office team Complete required overnight reporting and tasks. If you are a detail and system-oriented person with sensational customer service skills, who genuinely gets a kick out of making the day better for others, we want to hear from you. Skills & Experience Previous hotel supervisory experience Strong written and verbal communication essential Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential Sound time management and problem-solving skills essential Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and public holidays Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Night Duty Manager?
