Integral to our operations, our Customer Success team is responsible for the ongoing delivery, needs identification, relationship management and account development across our enviable roster of clients. Our team bridges the gap between clients, research, product, and sales—working closely with key decision-makers to deliver insights that shape strategy. The opportunity - Account Manager We are seeking a strategic and service-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships across a portfolio of key-clients. In this high-pace and highly varied environment, you'll play a critical role in understanding and translating client needs into the delivery of insights and research by providing outstanding service and consultative solutions. Key skills and experience: We're open to candidates with transferable skills and experience. Your ability to work with complex subject matters spanning a multitude of senior stakeholders, a genuine interest in financial services, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in roles of comparable complexity will be paramount to the success of your application. Researchers and Analysts eager to expand their client exposure are strongly encouraged to apply. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Proven experience in Account Management or Relationship Management - ideally within financial services (highly preferred), research, data, or professional services Passion for financial services and understanding of the AU/NZ financial services landscape (highly preferred) A consultative approach with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions that drive results Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines A focus on operational excellence, with a strong track record of delivering on-time, high-quality results Excellent written and verbal communication skills - experience in creating and editing client-facing collateral highly advantageous.
