About You As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for wearing multiple hats and driving both customer success and business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Success Management: Ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and are fully satisfied with our solutions. You’ll address any concerns they have and act as the primary contact to ensure their needs are met promptly. Business Development/Sales: Identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving company growth through sales. You will develop strategies to grow our client base, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals to boost revenue. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the customer experience. Follow up on leads and proactively engage with potential clients. Maintain continuous communication with clients to address their evolving needs. Provide insights to the project management team based on client feedback. Meet sales targets and track progress in the CRM system. Develop and implement strategies for customer success management. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who brings a combination of skills, experience, and qualities, including: Experience in Customer Success Management, Business Development/Sales, and Project Management. Previous experience with a Microsoft Consultancy and knowledge of Microsoft Technologies is a plus, though not essential. Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent the business confidently in customer-facing situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic personality. A degree in business or technology is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with efficiency. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to drive continuous improvement. Experience managing projects is a bonus.
