We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Sydney. Why you’ll want to join us? As an Account Manager with DI, you will be managing an existing portfolio of real estate agency clients and working to safeguard the compliance of their agency, owners and the safety of their tenants. Supported by a central, Melbourne-based support team you are your client's principal point of contact. Elements of your role include (but are not limited to): Visit clients; Take a proactive role in managing and ensuring compliance within your client portfolio, upholding high service standards; Promptly respond to client queries, providing assistance and resolving any issues; Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance the overall service experience for our clients; Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks; Attend industry events. What we’re looking for We’re looking for a relationship management professional with demonstrated experience in residential property management.
