You will be part of the development and delivery of peer-to-peer fundraising events, working hand-in-hand with our highly skilled digital and creative teams, and alongside a close-knit team of Senior Account Managers and Account Directors. You will help to roll out multi-channel digital campaigns, so experience in communications development and social media marketing will be a huge plus. You’ll not only use the best tools, tactics, and strategies needed to kick some big fundraising goals, but you’ll also develop the organisation and project management wizardry to implement fundraising strategic plans across multiple channels to meet campaign targets for our amazing clients. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of clients’ fundraising and marketing plans Consultation with manager to develop and implement overarching client fundraising and marketing plans Regular communication, liaison and reporting with clients at a senior level Work across various channels including email, SMS, social media, search, display, YouTube, websites, print and mail Generate accurate reports and status notifications for both clients and directors Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to manager Develop and complete projects to a schedule and within an agreed budget Key Skills required: 2 years + experience in fundraising and/or marketing practices - essential Exceptional corporate written and interpersonal communication skills - essential Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a number of projects simultaneously according to timelines within budget constraints - essential Proven experience managing the production of fundraising and/or marketing materials from design through to publishing - essential Experience with supporter acquisition and engagement strategies (particularly through digital channels) - desirable If you are thinking of taking the plunge from charity land to agency side, wanting to switch things up from another agency or other relevant area – drop us a line to ask for a copy of the PD or any questions you might have.
