As an Account Manager, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships with our real estate agent partners, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform and contributing to our continued growth in a rapidly evolving market. What You Will Do High-volume, web-based account management of selected agents and agencies. Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with agents. Achieve customer retention and growth targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards. Communicate with real estate agents to understand their needs and explain product value. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Keep accurate records of meetings and communications. Stay updated on company products and services. What Success Looks Like Consistently achieve customer retention and growth targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, exceeding company standards. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate agents. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Contribute valuable insights to drive continued growth of the platform. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service. About You Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and highly organised work practices. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales. Strong understanding of digital platforms and online marketing. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
