Your Role: You’ll be responsible for managing Woolworths & Department stores and you will report directly into the Grocery Channel Manager. This role will be based from our Church St, Richmond headquarters, with Hybrid working opportunities. Your Responsibilities: Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales budgets in the Grocery / Health channel customer base. Development and implementation of successful Sales strategies in relation to customer relationships, product distribution, prime shelf position, competitive pricing, off location display activity in-store, POS and other marketing support activities. Optimisation of Trade Spend investment within monthly, quarterly and annual Budgets. Support the Channel Manager – Grocery to continue to learn and develop customer management skills. Maintain and aid with accurate forecasting working closely with the Demand planner and our Cross functional teams. Effective liaison with all key stakeholders, particularly the sales team to ensure all aspects of the Game Plan, Grocery Strategy, Brand priorities and Cycle planning sales priorities are properly communicated, well understood and consistently achieved. High level of collaboration with our field team to ensure all activations are activated at a high level. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand P&Ls and understanding sell in/ out data to influence all stakeholders. Strong presentation & communication skills with the ability to influence and lead all stakeholders. About You! You will be an ambitious and driven team player, with excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills. Your previous years’ experience have ideally been spent in an FMCG organisation in Account Management roles and you are now looking to put your proven leadership skills to the test in this critical role.
