Reporting directly into the National Business Manager Grocery, you will work closely with Woolworths. Due to expansion, these roles will come with clear progression into more senior roles within the business - within sales and/or cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for continuing to grow current business relationships with key customers by ensuring appropriate product ranging has been presented, analysis on each category has been reviewed and significant market movements highlighted to customers while maintaining a high level of awareness of our customer’s initiatives. Meet and exceed company-specific financial targets while adhering to agreed trade spend limits, all in alignment with our strategic vision. Build, nurture and grow strong, productive relationships with key customer contacts with strategic intent - This will include negotiating contracts with new customers. Own and align the promotional program with key customers and new business. Develop areas of growth within organisation vision. Manage and improve distribution, position, price, and market share within the Channel. Provide accurate and timely input to the Demand Forecasting / Planning team, as well as supporting the monthly S&OP cadence, placing a strong emphasis on forecast precision. Develop strategies for success during Customer Category Reviews, utilising analytical data and key insights to grow the business. Staying informed on industry trends and competitor landscape. Lead and support the implementation of joint customer category plans. Key Requirements: Ideally you are an NAE who is ready to step into Account Management. Or alternatively, you are an Account Manager looking for a new opportunity. Proficient in data analytics systems is an advantage (IRI, Nielsen, IMS). Ability to manage time and workload while remaining responsive. Work for an organisation experiencing incredible growth.
