This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane Office. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Reporting to the APAC Credit Manager and working within a small credit team your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Timely collection of outstanding debts Maintenance of 30-day debtors ledger for Australia, New Zealand, Asia Developing strong relationships with customers (internal and external) Liaising with clients regarding their accounts Dealing with queries, disputes and negotiations Processing of credit card payments Skills and experience You will need to have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience, preferably gained with a professional services firm.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Good attention to detail Strong negotiation skills High level customer service skills Experience working with construction industry and government clients A reputation as a team player with can-do attitude Proficient in Excel Our Benefits We are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
