You need to be able to work independently and help look after clients across a wide range of businesses and structures. This position is full-time. Working closely with the Directors and Client Managers, you will have a strong focus on achieving the best outcomes for your clients. You will be skilled in preparing year-end accounts and tax returns, understanding GST and CGT, identifying and solving tax issues, and prepared to help advise clients in business growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Australian CA/CPA firm Business Services and Tax experience Proficiency in Xero and MYOB CA/CPA qualification or are working towards it A self-motivated, detail-oriented attitude Enthusiasm and a desire to grow within our business Your Responsibilities Will Include: Preparation of financial statements and tax compliance Identifying tax planning opportunities Working on tax issues, including GST and CGT Assisting Directors and Client Managers Collaborating with your fantastic teammates Meeting client expectations with professionalism Participating in regular professional development to enhance your skills Benefits include: Close to public transport and shopping precinct Friendly, positive working environment Social events throughout the year Chance to work with different people within the organisation Competitive salary package If you are inspired to take on new challenges and would like to work for an award-winning and well-established accounting firm, then we would love to hear from you!
