Job Description About the Role Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? Clevertronics is offering an exciting 12-month parental leave coverage role that will provide you with invaluable experience and the chance to make a significant impact. This role is perfect for someone looking to broaden their skills, work with a supportive team, and gain exposure to various aspects of finance within a leading company. Key Accountabilities: Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks. Assist with month-end and year-end account preparation and reconciliation. Manage debtor accounts for NZ and UK businesses. Reconcile and manage corporate credit cards (AU/NZ). Maintain weekly payroll system (ELMO) and submit hours. Prepare bank reconciliations and process direct debits and periodic payments. Generate monthly and quarterly customer rebate schedules. Produce various monthly reports (Sales, Warranty, P&L, etc.). Perform General Ledger reconciliations (AU/NZ/UK). Prepare and reconcile BAS and PAYG monthly. Support financial audits and various projects. Streamline reporting using PowerBI and Advanced Excel. Desired Skills and Experience About You Degree or Diploma in Accounting. Minimum two years in an accounting role. Experience with midsized ERP systems (Syteline preferred). Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy. Proactive with high initiative. Effective time management and task prioritisation.
