With a strong focus on quality and cutting-edge technology, it has evolved into a global leader renowned for its advanced manufacturing techniques and technological advancements, with products and services trusted by industry leaders worldwide.About The Role Perform daily bank reconciliations Manage and reconcile credit card accounts Process and record invoices Match invoices with purchase orders for reconciliation Conduct balance sheet reconciliations (AP/AR) Prepare weekly payment runs for accounts payable Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as required Assist in refining processes for improved system automation Support the Finance team with various ad-hoc projects Future opportunity to assist with full-cycle payroll, including reconciliations of superannuation, tax, and issue resolution Occasional reception relief About You: 3+ years of experience in a similar role working for a mining manufacturer End-to-end payroll processing experience Must be experienced with ERP systems and MS Office - Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently What's on Offer: Employee-exclusive deals and discount programs Flexible working hours Free onsite parking - Free EV charging stations KPI bonus scheme available after 12 months of employment Career growth opportunities Salary up to $90k + super If you are interested in this role, please click on the APPLY NOW button and register your details.
