Irelands of Cairns is the local dealer for Mitsubishi, RAM Trucks, GMSV Chevrolet, GMSV Corvette, Chrysler Jeep, Isuzu Trucks and Irelands Used Cars - right in the middle of Cairns. We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our established, vibrant administration team. Duties Include: Creditor Payments processed within agreed payment terms Processing of EFT, Cheque, BPay payments & refunds within agreed payment terms Ensuring invoices are appropriately authorised, coded and processed in a timely manner Creditor statement and credit card reconciliations Filing and archiving of creditor invoices Processing Credit Applications Responding to & resolving internal / external enquiries in a timely manner Creditor maintenance Ensure GST compliance with ATO auditing requirements Other administrative tasks as required Strong organisational & time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and diligently toward deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Excellent typing and computer skills Good communication & interpersonal skills Punctual & reliable What's in it for the successful candidate?
