About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable role based at Acacia Ridge. This opportunity has emerged due to the growth of our business. Competitive salary + super + work-related expenses. This is a permanent part-time offering 20 hours per week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Allocation of all payments from the bank statement to customer accounts on a daily basis. Communicate with customers via email regarding outstanding payments and remittances. Data Entry. Future training in learning the whole Accounts Receivable process for three companies. Multi-skilling opportunities also for the Accounts Payable process for three companies. About You: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate proficiency in the following: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Adobe, and various financial systems. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and work effectively within a team. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and accuracy in data management. Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. Good financial literacy and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Please note only successful candidates will be contacted.
