Want to immerse yourself with the oldest living culture in history? We are seeking an engaging CDP Activity Coordinator to join our team. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Support the CDP site with preparation, cleaning, equipment and consumables prep, safety briefings, stock control, purchasing, logistics, rostering, maintenance, and coordination. Build and maintain relationships with Supervisors, assisting them with development, equipment, and consumables for safe and supported activities. Work with Supervisors to boost participant attendance by identifying and addressing participation barriers. Engage with the CDP team, participants, and community to develop new ideas, plans, and concepts for expanded CDP activities. Provide the Site Manager with timely and accurate reports, including feedback on Supervisors’ performance and project status. Participate in site meetings, training, and community forums as directed.
